Tom Reiss serves as Vice President of Development for Mill Creek’s Seattle office, where he is responsible for all aspects of the multifamily development process, including site sourcing and acquisition, financial underwriting, entitlement strategy, design coordination, capitalization, and project execution across the Pacific Northwest and Northern California.

In his current role, Mr. Reiss has contributed to the development of more than 3,000 apartment homes that are completed, under construction, or currently under development, and has played a key role in the capitalization of over $550 million in debt and equity commitments.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Reiss served as an Investment Management Associate with Mill Creek, where he was actively involved in institutional capital formation for separately managed accounts and commingled funds supporting the firm’s national pipeline. In this capacity, he led the preparation of marketing and research materials for investors, performed fund-level underwriting and portfolio analysis, and contributed to fund structuring and execution across Mill Creek’s multifamily development, acquisition, and build-to-rent SFR platforms. Mr. Reiss began his career as an Analyst at Wells Fargo.

Mr. Reiss earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a minor in Accounting, from TCU’s Neeley School of Business, graduating magna cum laude.
