Tony Rolfes

Tony Rolfes serves as Regional Vice President of Construction in the Carolinas. Mr. Rolfes has more than 20 years of experience in construction and has been involved in large multifamily and commercial projects throughout the United States. In his role, Mr. Rolfes is responsible for overseeing his region’s multifamily construction program to completion, coordinating office and field personnel, along with supporting pre-construction activities.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Rolfes spent 6 years with Batson-Cook Construction as a Project Executive and a Senior Project Manager for projects in the Carolinas, including work in multifamily high-rise, multifamily mid-rise, and K-12 education. As Project Executive, Mr. Rolfes was responsible for pre-construction, contracting, project management, staffing, scheduling, procurement, safety, and quality.

Mr. Rolfes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is a proud alumnus of their baseball team and currently sits on the Niner Varsity Club board. Mr. Rolfes currently holds a North Carolina General Contracting license and is an active member of The Associated Builders and Contractors.
