Vice President - Development
Damon Kolb serves as Vice President of Development in North Florida. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design, financing, and disposition of Mill Creek communities.
Prior to this role, Mr. Kolb served as Vice President of Development in South Florida, where he oversaw the development of multiple communities, including Modera Pembroke Pines, a 700 home community in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Since 2006, Mr. Kolb has been directly involved in the development process on 30+ multifamily communities throughout Florida.
In addition, Mr. Kolb has served as a Development Director for Timbers Resorts, a boutique luxury resort developer, where he supported predevelopment efforts for Hokuala, a 450-acre oceanfront resort in Kauai, Hawaii. Mr. Kolb started his career as a Planner with Palm Beach County Planning & Zoning in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Mr. Kolb received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Community Planning from Florida Atlantic University. Throughout his career, Mr. Kolb has volunteered for various advisory boards and recently served as an Alumni Mentor for the Burnett Honors College at the University of Central Florida.
