Lou Ly-Pham joined Mill Creek in 2014 bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he serves as Vice President of Pre-Construction for the Southern California region.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Ly-Pham was Senior Pre-Construction and Project Manager for Morley Builders, Inc., where he gained experience working on a diverse range of projects, including multifamily, mixed-use, commercial office, academic research, museum, and stadium facilities.

Mr. Ly-Pham received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo, was certified as a LEED® Green Associate, and completed the Executive Program at the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.
