Expected to open in early 2019, Highland Bakery & Kitchen at Modera Vinings will offer a full breakfast and lunch menu, featuring many of the restaurant’s signature items, including sweet potato pancakes, shrimp and grits, fried chicken eggs benedict and fresh salads, in addition to gourmet coffees, smoothies, mimosas, bloody Marys and other adult beverages. The restaurant will serve as the 11^th iteration of the popular Atlanta concept, joining the lineup of Highland Bakery locations in Old Fourth Ward, Midtown, Virginia Highland, Emory University, Georgia Tech, as well as other franchise locations in Decatur, Buckhead, downtown Atlanta and Peachtree City. Highland Bakery will join Kale Me Crazy at Modera Vinings’ retail-activated boardwalk overlooking the nearby private pond.
