ARLINGTON, Va.Dec. 9, 2020 — Mill Creek Residential, a leading multifamily investor and operator specializing in premier rental communities across the U.S., today announced the groundbreaking of a contemporary Modera apartment community in the heart of the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor in metropolitan Washington, D.C.

Situated at the corner of Washington Boulevard and N. Mill Creek Promotes Schackman to Chief Investment Officer

Mill Creek Announces More Details for Brand New Mixed-Use Community

ATLANTA (June 15, 2020) — Mill Creek Residential Trust today announces that Modera Reynoldstown, the company’s newest mixed-use community, has begun pre-leasing for first move-ins that will take place in September. Modera Reynoldstown will be home to 320 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes and approximately 18,400 square feet of street-level retail.

The community is located at Memorial Drive SE and Pearl Street SE in the Reynoldstown neighborhood, which has become a hot spot for redevelopment, and is near the rapidly expanding, pedestrian-friendly Atlanta Beltline. The central community gathering courtyard is anchored around a shipping container bar with string lights and outdoor games. The rooftop pool lounge was inspired by glamourous camping destinations with daybeds and camp-style lounge chairs around a fire table.
